Our holiday site is located a short distance from the village of Corfe Castle, in the heart of the Isle of Purbeck.  The Village is famous for the ruins of the castle that overlook it. Opposite the site entrance is the Railway park and ride, where you are able to take a steam train to visit the resort of Swanage. On the 27th July to 3rd August is Swanage Carnival Week and is well worth a visit. The local beaches at Swanage and Studland are very good and the resorts of Poole and Bournmouth are a short drive from the site

Corfe Castle, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 5DW

This area has lovely walks along the coast, on the Purbeck Hills or around the unique heathland. Nearby Wareham is a historic Saxon Market Town with a good variety of shops. Take the chain ferry to Sandbanks and visit Poole with its Bustling Quay and Stunning Harbour, and large shopping centres. Visit The National Trust Brownsea Island, where the Red Squirrels still survive in the wild.
